Aratok provide Support Coordination to NDIS Participants who are Agency Managed, Plan Managed or Self-Managed.
We are based in the Hunter Region of NSW; however, we provide Support Coordination to participants across Australia.
Aratok’s business hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, or via appointment outside of these hours.
Support Coordination is a NDIS funded support that is designed to support NDIS participants to make the most of their NDIS funds.
Once a NDIS plan is approved, participants work with Support Coordinators (like Aratok) to determine how their funds can be spent, and to connect with disability providers (both mainstream and NDIS).
If you have Support Coordination in your NDIS Plan, Aratok can help you understand your plan and find the supports that you need so you can work towards, and achieve your goals.
Aratok can also work with you to get you ready for your NDIS Plan Review, and also attend the NDIS Plan Review meeting with you.
